Slim Cycle has 8 levels of adjustable resistance so you can amp up your workout. When your workout routine starts to feel too easy, simply turn the dial to increase Slim Cycle’s resistance. The higher the number, the more challenging the workout!
Keep track of burned calories, distance, speed, and how many miles you rode. Plus, it gives you an accurate heart rate reading.

WHAT DOES THE DIGITAL DISPLAY SHOW?
The LCD digital display tracks time calories, distance, and speed, while the odometer shows mileage. When you rest your hands on the built-in heart monitor, the digital display will also display your pulse.

HOW DO I MEASURE MY PULSE WHILE USING THE BIKE ?
Place hands on the heart monitor located on the handlebars. Your pulse will display in the digital monitor.
HOW MANY PEDAL SETTINGS ARE THERE?
SlimCycle ® features 8 magnetic resistance settings for the pedals. Simply turn the dial below the handlebars to increase or decrease the pedal resistance. Always change the setting when the bike is not in use.
CAN I ADJUST THE UPPER BODY RESISTANCE BANDS?
The upper body resistance bands can be adjusted. To increase resistance, just push the band up through the handle to the desired length, then pull through locking ring. To decrease push the band through the handle to the desired length, then pull through locking ring. Only one side of the upper body resistance band is adjustable. If you’re unable to adjust the upper body resistance bands, try the other side.
HOW DO I ADJUST THE SEAT?
To adjust the seat on your bike, unscrew the triangular knob located below the seat. Pulling the seat up will give you more legroom.
HOW DO I CHANGE SLIMCYCLE FROM UPRIGHT TO RECUMBENT POSITION?
Locate the circular knob on the main frame (below seat adjustment knob). Twist to the left to loosen the bolt, but do not fully remove. Step on the rear foot and lift up on the bike while pulling the knob to adjust the angle.
IS THE SEAT HARD?
The seat boasts a 2.5-inch superior seat cushion and a memory foam backrest for support. The seat is not hard like other stationary bikes.
HOW OFTEN DO I HAVE TO WORK OUT UNTIL I SEE RESULTS?

WHAT IS THE APP THAT’S INCLUDED?
The app included with SlimCycle Bike is called Echelon ™. It’s designed to assist you on your SlimCycle ® journey. Echelon ™ gives you access to 8 On Demand classes and 6 scenic rides. The classes are absolutely FREE.
WITH WHAT PHONES ARE THE APP COMPATIBLE?
The Echelon ™ app is compatible with Android and Apple devices.
DOES THE BIKE MAKE A LOT OF NOISE WHILE IN USE?
SlimCycle ® is completely silent. You can enjoy background activities, like reading or watching TV without and disturbance.
IS IT EASY TO STORE?
Yes! It's folds up like an ironing board and wheels away. It can easily fit in a closet for storage.
ARE THE HANDLES ADJUSTABLE?
Neither the handlebars nor the seat handles are adjustable.
