Refund Policy

RETURNS

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at Sales@colinas-store.com with details of the product and the defect.

You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.


Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit voucher will be automatically sent to you, within a certain amount of days.


Canceled Orders (if applicable)

In case you cancel an order, a refund is possible solely in the form of a voucher. The voucher's value will be equivalent to the amount paid for the product. Subsequently, the voucher can be unlimitedly used on our website for further purchases.
Please note that an ordinary refund of the amount paid is not possible under the above-stated circumstances. 


Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Sales@colinas-store.com.


Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to adress we inform you by mail. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $35, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
